The numbers come from the system
Prices, dates and lease terms are given by you and stored by us. Gabbai never invents them.
The AI presents, you decide
We never pick a tenant and never commit on your behalf. Ever.
No negotiating, no legal drafting
Gabbai never negotiates money and never drafts legal text — not today, and not once the closing step arrives.
Handing over to a person is code
When a decision is yours, or something leaves the script, the conversation comes to you. The model cannot switch that off.
The owner pays, not the tenant
Israeli law forbids passing brokerage fees to the tenant — and that includes what we're paid.
The apartment is occupied? That's a normal case
Most apartments are re-let while someone still lives in them. We coordinate it, so you're not the middleman between two tenants.
