How to delete your data
Deletion is done from the conversation itself on WhatsApp, from the same number you wrote to us with. There is no form, and that is not an oversight: your phone number is what identifies you to us, and a request arriving from a different number is not acted on.
Three steps
Open your conversation with the agent on WhatsApp — from the same number you wrote to us with.

We’re in a pilot, and this number cannot yet reply to everyone who writes to it. Deletion runs only after a confirmation inside the conversation — if you did not receive the confirmation question from us, the request was not completed.
Deletion cannot be undone, which is why there is one confirmation and why it is not skipped. Nothing can be restored afterwards.
What deletion removes
- The consents recorded for each purpose.
- The documents you uploaded — the files themselves.
- The log of actions taken on your information.
What deletion does not remove
- Your message history, the conversation itself and the enquiry records are not erased by this action. We say so here explicitly so you do not assume otherwise.
- Records we are required by law to keep remain in reduced form, with no personal content.
- A file you sent may be kept while another record still refers to it. Every such case is recorded, and the file is deleted once the last reference is gone.
- The messages stored on your phone, and inside the WhatsApp app itself, are yours — and we cannot delete those for you.
Stopping messages is not deleting
If you only want us to stop writing to you, write stop. It always works. What is stored stays until it is deleted — automatically, or because you asked.
Other situations
- If you have never written to us, we most likely hold nothing about you and there is nothing to delete.
- Saw your details in an ad we read from a public source? We keep the ad's content and not the contact details in it — the phone number is discarded as it comes in. There is no self-service takedown route for such an ad today; that is a known gap on our side, and you can reach us through the agent.
- A request arriving from a different number is not acted on, because the number is what identifies you to us — and we have no other way to confirm that the request is yours.
