At this stage the service is free of charge, and three things are already true.
- Who pays
- If and when a fee is set, the owner pays — never the tenant. Israeli law forbids passing agency fees to the tenant — and that includes any payment to us.
- When you’re charged
- There is no billing in the service today. If and when a fee is set, it will be shown to you explicitly and your consent will be required first.
- You can stop
- There is no lock-in, and you can stop at any point. Anything already in motion — a published ad, a booked viewing — we close together.

What does it cost?
At this stage the service is free of charge. If and when a fee is set, only the owner pays — never the tenant. The full detail is in “What does it cost” above.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens in the WhatsApp you already have, and the dashboard is an ordinary website.
The apartment is occupied. Is that a problem?
It’s a normal case for us: viewings are coordinated with the current tenant, and the move-in date is aligned to the move-out.
Who talks to renters — a person or an automated agent?
Gabbai, an automated agent — and it says so in its first message and links the privacy notice. When a decision is yours, the conversation comes to you.
Are you an agency? Is there a fee?
No, and no. We are not an agency, and we never charge tenants an agency fee. At this stage the service is free for the owner too. We are not a licensed real-estate agency and we hold no agency licence, and we represent neither you nor the other side.
